专题06通知
【题型分析】
通知包括口头通知和书面通知。专题作常通知的通知体提对象、事由、年中时间、考英考文地点语言应简洁明了，语写条理清晰,分秘要求明确,特别是时间概念很重要,必须写得十分明确,不容丝毫含糊。
书面通知：常见形式有一般通知、专题作常布告、通知体提海报等。年中时间、考英考文地点、语写参加者、分秘内容及注意事项是专题作常通知的要点，应直截了当–予以说明。通知体提一般在通知的年中正文上方居中写标题 Notice或Announcement。书面通知一定要有发通知的时间及落款。
口头通知：一般没有标题，也没有发出通知的时间。发布口头通知首先需说明被通知的对象，在正文前面加称呼。另外，口头通知中常使用”Bequite，please!”或”Mayl have your attention?”或”Attention，please!”等以引起注意。口头通知可以用比较随意的语言。结束语常用”That’s all．”表明通知的结束。另外结尾处常有”Thank you．”之类的客套语。
【写作攻略】
时态：通常以一般将来时为主。
人称：以第三人称为主，第二人称为辅。
结构：明确是口头通知还是书面通知。通知的对象、事由、时间、地点等。语言应简洁明了，条理清晰,要求明确,特别是时间概念很重要,必须写得十分明确,不能含糊不清。

二、通知第二段金句：详细介绍活动、过程、活动参加须知等。

2．Every participant is expected to turn in three photos at most to Xinhua@gmail．com．
每位参赛者最多交三张照片给Xinhua@gmail．com．
3．As scheduled, the competition is to take place at 3:00 pm on Friday, lasting two hours．
按计划，比赛将于周五下午3点举行，持续两个小时。
4．You might as well take a camera in case you want to take some photos of the beautiful scenery．

三、通知第三段金句：鼓励报名参加，提供报名时间、地点，感谢聆听。
